Our client’s
vision is to be the premier supplier and distributor
of specialized agricultural equipment and product support in the world.
Their sales representatives’
main role is to service their customers’ equipment needs through solutions
provided by the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry.
Their ‘best in industry’
focus will be supported by your skills and expertise as one of their Sales
Managers in either of Ontario or PEI, responsible for managing, coaching,
supporting and encouraging a team of highly effective and motivated Territory Sales
Representatives in either region.
In these key
roles, reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Managing OEM, vendor and other related equipment sales.
- Coaching, cross-training, and supporting Territory Sales Reps.
- Reviewing and oversight of customer sales records with reps via
in-house software.
- Monitoring and maintaining margins on all sales transactions.
- Monitoring and maintaining all used and trade-in inventory with Used
Equipment Manager.
- Working closely with Service Department on scheduling installs and PDI.
- Working with Parts Department in tracking orders and maintaining
inventories.
- Attending vendor dealer meetings to stay current on new product
design changes and updates to equipment.
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives including demo
programs, farm shows, customer factory tours, social media campaigns etc.

working environment, and able to seek approval from supervisors when
required.

problems.
Your experience in the
agriculture and/or equipment industry is an asset to your qualifications.
